Welcome to KaPPA-View4 Portal Site!
KaPPA-View4 is the web-based database which can represent user-uploaded '-omics' data on the metabolic pathway maps. The change of gene expressions and metabolite accumulations between the samples are visualized as hue of the gene and metabolite symbols. Furthermore, gene-to-gene and metabolite-to-metabolite relationships such as correlation coefficients of gene co-expressions can be overlay on the pathway maps. These functions will help researchers to discover biological significance in the omics data.
KaPPA-View4 Family
Three types of KaPPA-View4 are running on public.
Genes for 10 plant species are assigned on the original Arabidopsis pathway maps.
Genes for 15 model species are available on the KEGG maps.
Unigenes of solanaceae assembled by SGN and ITAG2.3 gene annotations are assigned on the KEGG maps.
The genes predicted from genome sequence of Jatropha curcas L. are assigned on the KEGG maps.
The older version
KaPPA-View4 Classic is inheriting all the functions of the older version. The services of KaPPA-View2 and 3 were terminated on March 31th, 2010.
