Overview

 

KaPPA-View4 SOL is one of the KaPPA-View4 family specificly providing the metabolic pathway maps of Solanaceae and related species. The biggest feature of the KaPPA-View4 system is the function to overlay gene-to-gene and/or metabolite-to-metabolite relationships on the maps.
We mapped the unigenes provided by the Sol Genomics Network (SGN) web site and ITAG gene annotations to the pathway maps of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) according to the sequence similarities to the plant proteins from KEGG.

The operation of KaPPA-View4 has been tested in the following computer and browser settings.

Plug-in

The Flash Player plug-in 9 or higher (Adobe) must be installed in your browser to view the metabolic maps. If it isn't, please install it from the button below. The SVG Viewer plug-in is no longer required for KaPPA-View4.
